Seun O-Balogun (nee Akinlosotu) - The Founder
Bio
The Seun and Friends Campaign is the brain child of Seun O-Balogun (nee) Akinlosotu. Seun is a Program Manager for a Fortune 500 company in the United States. She received her B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and an M.Sc. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College; both in the United States. Her professional career has spanned over 16 years now and she has covered a variety of roles in the IT industry thus far.
She is also a serial entrepreneur with an Events Planning Company, and an online Women’s Faith based apparel store.
When she is not working professionally or running her businesses, she can be found writing, traveling or reading a bestseller. Several of her writings have been featured on BellaNaija.com, Woman.ng amongst others.
For community Services, Seun has always volunteered locally at shelters around her, and has taken it up a notch by launching The Seun and Friends Campaign which aims at raising funds to purchase school bags and other items for children in Nigeria.
Her friends call her the Utility Player or Human Google as she is the go-to person for a wealth of information across various sectors, and she is the go-to person when you want a mission or task accomplished.
She resides happily in Maryland, U.S with her family.
